The original idea was a shopping center, but I currently have the possibility of renting for a university. They are requesting 50 classrooms plus the administrative buildings, library, halls, restaurant, etc. So I want to find the possibility of building the university first and then, when they retire, it can be used as a shopping center. I want to base it on a castle like the Mendoza's in Spain. I have 21,000 m² of land and I want to leave the construction plus 150 parking spaces for vehicles.
