We are seeking an experienced civil engineering firm to provide a comprehensive quantity take-off for a new parking lot construction project. The project involves the development of a 200-space parking lot, including all necessary grading, paving, drainage, and striping work. The selected firm will be responsible for accurately calculating and documenting the quantities of materials required, including but not limited to asphalt, concrete, base materials, and drainage structures. Scope of Work: Site Assessment: Review of site plans, surveys, and geotechnical reports. Conduct a site visit (if necessary) to understand existing conditions. Grading and Earthwork: Calculate the volume of cut and fill required for site grading. Determine the quantity of base materials needed for subgrade preparation. Paving: Estimate the amount of asphalt required for paving, including base, binder, and surface courses. Calculate quantities for any concrete curbs, sidewalks, and other related structures
